Trail Mix

Trail mix makes a great after school, hiking, or camping snack. It's easy to customize with your favorite nutritious ingredients!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes


  • 1 cup whole grain cereal
  • 1 cup of nuts
  • 1/2 cup of seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


1. Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.

2. Sanitize all food prep surfaces

3. Place all of the ingredients in a zip lock bag.

4. Close the bag and shake to mix.

5. Separate into smaller seal-able bags for easy grab and go snacks.
