Abstract: From the perspective of collaborative management of network knowledge resources, this paper firstly analyzes the mechanism and basic elements of knowledge collaboration in social tagging system. It points out that the operation process of social tagging system is essentially the course of knowledge collaboration of users in social tagging system, and the basic elements of this collaborative activity include users, knowledge resources and its tags, knowledge relations and system environment of social tagging system itself. Then, centering on the process and basic elements of knowledge collaboration in social tagging system, the paper finds out the factors that may influence knowledge collaboration efficiency and constructs the indexing system for measuring the efficiency of knowledge collaboration and its influence factors. Based on this work, an empirical survey is carried out for identifying the principal influence factors and judging on what degree the principal influence factors have effect on knowledge collaboration efficiency, and thus the model of factors influencing knowledge collaboration in social tagging system is derived. At the end of this paper, some targeted suggestions and recommendations about optimizing functions and improving knowledge management efficiency of social tagging system are presented.
