Abstract: Eco-economic system quality management is within the framework of sustainable economic and social development in our country. Through research, it can meet the needs of sustainable development of the entire ecological environment on the basis of meeting consumer needs, and then form a series of natural-society-economy ecology economic model. This paper proposes a mathematical model of ecoeconomic system quality management, and realizes the innovation of the eco-quality management model through the whole process of the production and formation of the entire ecosystem quality. Conduct research on ecology and cybernetics to build a new quality management theoretical system on the basis of modern quality management.
