CCA/Chaperone/Staff Whereabouts Schedule

A daily schedule which you can post on your door will make it easier for your delegation to be informed of your whereabouts in case you are needed!  All adults should fill in the times and locations of where they can be found each day. A backup contact person and their location should also be listed in case the adult cannot be located.
