4-H Horse & Pony Identification & Declaration

Each year, 4-H members who plan to participate in one or more Ottawa County 4-H horse show must turn in a Horse Identification & Declaration (Horse ID) form. 4-H members are limited to one Horse ID per member. Horse ID forms are due at the MSU Extension Ottawa County office May 1st.
