This 100-page book contains 15 chapter written by academic and industry experts on greenhouse lighting. Topics include the underlying biology of lighting, guidelines for photosynthetic and photoperiodic lighting, carbon dioxide enrichment, and lighting for specific kinds of crops such as plugs and liners, bedding plants, and greenhouse vegetable crops. The book's companion CD-ROM includes PowerPoint presentations and Acrobat PDF files for each chapter, plus an appendix containing light unit conversion tables.  Edited by Paul Fisher (Univ. of Florida) and Erik Runkle (Michigan St. Univ.).
