This part of the Toolbox for Vegetable Farm Viability provides a look at sales volumes, pricing and outlets you might need to reach $100,000 in sales. The document gets into detail about challenges and opportunities around different marketing options as well as some information about possible production requirements (yield, acreage, storage etc) to reach possible weekly/monthly sales goals. Sales channels considered are: Farmers Markets, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) and Wholesale Accounts (Small, Large, Distributor, Processor).
