Perennial wheat is a new crop in development that has many potential benefits for farmers, being environmentally friendly and having the capacity to produce multiple products to increase farmer profitability. This Michigan State University Extension bulletin explains the crop's progress as well as the developmental challenges and other experiences in the field.
