Seasonal Menu Planning: Michigan Farm to Institution Network Virtual Network Meeting

Discuss the challenges and discover opportunities for seasonal menu planning for your institution’s food service program. In this meeting, you’ll learn about seasonality guides and recipes, tips from Making Michigan Recipes Work and creative culinary techniques. We also celebrate the 2021 Michigan Apple Crunch! 

Speakers are Abby Harper and Mariel Borgman, both from the MFIN Management Team and MSU Extension Community Food Systems.
