Transplanting Soil to Soil

Segment: 8. Plant Culture & Propagation, Standard: Manage characteristics of growing media. (Pathway II.A.4)

Description

It is important to think about the types of media that you are using when transplanting. The chemical composition of the different soil types could impact the growth of the plant. The most common transplant is from perlite mixture to places in the ground. When doing this, make sure that the temperature is right and the soil is properly prepared for transplanting.
