2023 Irrigation E3 Student Application

DESCRIPTION

The Irrigation Association has created a program that focuses on providing irrigation students (E3 learners) with exposure, experience and education that revolves around the irrigation industry. We believe that the "three e's" are the best way to actively engage the next generation of irrigators. Irrigation E3 learners will receive an education and travel award to attend the 2023 Irrigation Show and Education Week to be held Nov. 27-Dec.1 in San Antonio, Texas! Students will be required to take at least two education classes throughout the week. As well as spend time with event sponsors on Thursday, Nov.30.

REQUIREMENTS

Students must have expressed an interest in an irrigation-related career path
- Students must be enrolled (undergraduate or graduate) at a North American community college, technical or vocational school, or university
- Students must have taken or are currently enrolled in a class with an emphasis in irrigation
- Students have not been selected in prior years as an E3 learner
- Students must have a graduation date of Dec. 2023 or later

Instructions:
- Create a SmarterSelect account.
- Complete the entire form (can save form and finish later).
- Must upload your resume.
- Must submit name, email, title, and organization for the instructor that is recommending you for the program.
- Reference will get an email from SmarterSelect that requires them to submit a letter of reference for you. Make sure they submit their reference before Sept. 20, 2023.
- Submit by Sept. 20, 2023.
