Rose M. Carlson Internship

Application Due Date: October 8, 2023

Available to currently enrolled MSU students who are majoring in Horticulture. This department scholarship is one of several which participate in a single scholarship online application form, typically due in early October of each year. Currently enrolled Horticulture Students will receive an e-mail from their advisor when the electronic application process opens, with instructions on how to apply as well as the deadline.

Typical amount awarded: In the form of a paid internship at the MSU Horticulture Demonstration Gardens

Student selection criteria for this scholarship is as follows:

  • The student must have a desire to have an internship in the MSU Horticulture Demonstration Gardens OR MSU 4-H Children's Garden
  • The student must be in good standing in either the four- or two-year MSU Horticulture program
