This four-hour course covers all aspects of selecting, financing and closing on your first home. Participants learn about the ins and outs of this important purchase. Spotting predatory lending and fraudulent practices are also discussed. An educated consumer will be more confident and successful with making important personal and financial decisions about homeownership. Scholarships are available based on income for the $25 cohort course. The on-demand course is $89.
