    This virtual training provides participants with the information needed to effectively and efficiently respond to an accident where animals are involved.

    Farm Employee University provides a training platform accessible to all dairy employees and employers. Our goal is to provide education to improve the skills of both employers and employees, lead to a better work environment for all and reduce employee turnover on farms. Individuals will feel confident in processing their produce and feeding their families safe, healthy foods. Home food preservation stimulates the local economy by encouraging locally grown and purchased foods and for individuals and families to grow their own gardens.

    This training is for employees working in meat and poultry establishments that are responsible for monitoring activities. It provides an overview of meat and poultry inspection and the components of a HACCP plan. Participants will learn what biological, chemical, and physical hazards are, the elements of a hazard analysis, examples of critical limits and important monitoring requirements. There are interactive knowledge checks throughout the training and once finished a certificate of completion is issued for the participant. This certificate can serve as documentation of needed training for regulatory or third-party audit purposes.
