CSA Pick Up Locations

CSA Shares and Online Orders can be picked up either at the Farm or On Campus. Upon signing up, you will be asked your preferred pick-up location.

On Farm: Horticultural Teaching and Research Center "Spartan Cellars"

3291 College Rd, Holt; Thursdays from 4:00-6:30pm

Please do not make payments for CSA shares or extra orders at the pick-up locations: we will charge you through your online account.  

Buffet-style

  • Masks are required; bring your own produce bags. 
  • Park in the lot, and enter Spartan Cellars from the North Entrance.
  • The harvest will be set up on tables with an accompanying list of what is included in the CSA share that week. This list will often include 1-3 choices between similarly valued items (eg: 1 bunch beets or carrots, or 1 bunch of collards or 1 bunch of kale). 
  • Occasionally, we will offer specialty items for sale at pick up, including mushrooms, melons, flower bouquets, and tomatoes for canning.

Drive-through

  • Distribution is a low-contact drive-through pick up of pre-packed shares and extra purchases.  
  • Occasionally, we will offer specialty items for sale at pick up, including mushrooms, melons, flower bouquets, and tomatoes for canning.
  • Pull into the North Gate and drive around the "Spartan Cellars" building to the left.
  • Crew will be at the garage with CSA shares to put into your car.
  • Please have a full-page piece of paper with the following information written or typed boldly and legibly: 

- Your last name on the first line
- Your preference for where we put your bag (options are "trunk" or "window") on the last line.

  • Once you have your produce, proceed to exit through the South Gate.
  • CSA shares are packed into black crates; please return your empty crate each week. A $17 charge will appear on your account for each missing crate; we will remove the charge upon receiving your crates back.

Grab-and-Go (CSA and Online Store): 

  • Shares and Online Store orders are bagged for quick and convenient pick-up.
  • Masks are required.
  • Collect your pre-packaged share from the Farm Stand in front of Bailey Greenhouse and Urban Farm.
  • If parking is unavailable in the lot, you can pull into the driveway by the farm stand for a short period of time to pick up your share.
  • Additional Bailey Greenhouse produce items may be available for sale.
