  • Check schedule of classrooms and conference rooms in use
  • Reset classroom and conference room setups according to room diagrams
    • Check instructor microphone batteries, retrieve media center equipment left in classrooms
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces in classrooms and conference rooms
  • Manage media center laptops used for student exams
    • Ensure laptops are charged and updated
    • Run routine performance checks
    • Sanitize laptops after use
  • Data entry
  • Check course D2L content to ensure compliance with web accessibility standards
