The ANR Service Desk team is comprised of experienced support technicians that are readily available to consult, troubleshoot, and support your technology resources. We support all 2000+ users of CANR, AgBio Research, and MSU Extension – on campus and across the state.
We can assist with multiple services such as getting email on your cell phone, to issues with malware, new computer purchases and setups, account creations and more!

If you are a new employee to the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources or MSU Extension, you will receive an ANR account for work-related business including email, calendar, and collaboration services.
