Teen Cuisine is a hands-on cooking program that teaches students in grades 6-12 important life skills for eating smart, which will stay with them as they grow into adults.

Teen Cuisine is a nutrition and physical activity education program. It is for teens from 6th to 12th grade. Each class focuses on teaching cooking skills. Students will also learn about nutrition, food safety and physical activity. There are six classes that last about 90 minutes. The classes can be divided up easily into 45 minute sessions. It can also be customized for audiences of different ages and abilities.
