Meeting Areas

  • The TOLLGATE EDUCATION CONFERENCE CENTER  has been renovated and is now one large open area to accommodate up to 112 seated formally or 130 to 140 people seated auditorium style.  We have added an overhead, wireless LCD projector, a microphone on the podium and speakers throughout the ceiling.  This main conference facility is surrounded with windows and French doors that offer a spectacular view of gardens, trees and the farm pond. Ample paved parking for customers is located a short walk from the driveway.

  • The TOLLGATE BARN, consider the unique charm and atmosphere that a beautiful rustic barn can bring to your event.  This historic barn was built circa 1850 by hand hewn, wooden beam construction.  If you look closely you can identify the ax marks in the wood still today, a 161 years later. These huge oak beams and lofty ceilings will welcome and beguile your guests. Whether you are hosting a  family reunion, or company event the uniqueness of hosting it in a barn will give your guests a memory they will never forget.
  • The AMERICANA EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM located at the front of the white farm house and is used for small meetings with 10-12 people. This elegant room features a natural cherry wood conference table with overstuffed seating, a stone fireplace, bay window, vaulted ceiling and French doors that lead to a deck overlooking the Tollgate farm scenery. Customer parking is also located north of the home, a short walk on the brick pathway.

  • The FARM GROUNDS, where the whole Tollgate 160 acre farmhouse, barns, garages, dog kennel, piggery, pastures and other former working buildings stand, have been renovated and converted to bring a piece of the past for your enjoyment and unique surroundings as rental space.  Our historic farm grounds at Tollgate provide a natural and peaceful setting for outdoor events -  family reunions, team building activities & company picnics. When you rent our place not only do you have the lush, manicured gardens and pastures welcoming your guests but, you can also get the sense of what it must have been like back in the day of the Bassett family in the mid-1800 hundreds.  The privacy of our site will make you feel as if you are part-owner of the facility for the day!
