What you’ll do
This short routine focuses on relieving tension and improving mobility in the neck, shoulders, and wrists, areas that can become tight from daily activities like computer work or repetitive movements. Exercises are performed seated, but can also be done standing.
The video includes:
- Gentle shoulder rolls and squeezes to open the chest and improve posture
- Neck mobility exercises with controlled chin circles
- Wrist and hand movements to improve flexibility and reduce stiffness
- Forearm stretches to release tension on both sides of the wrists
- Shoulder mobility and strengthening exercises (arm rotations, “W” movements, and chest-opening exercises)
- Upper back activation to support posture and reduce strain
- Gentle cool-down movements including a self-hug stretch and neck release
Participants are encouraged to move slowly, stay within a comfortable range of motion, and breathe throughout each movement.
Materials needed
- Chair (recommended for seated exercises)
- No additional equipment needed
