Length: ~15 minutes
What you’ll do
This gentle, seated routine helps you “reset” your body by improving mobility, posture, and circulation—especially in the hands, shoulders, spine, and hips. It’s a great option for a quick movement break during the day.
The video includes:
- Hand and finger exercises to improve coordination, flexibility, and circulation
- Wrist mobility movements to reduce stiffness in the hands and forearms
- Shoulder and upper back exercises (elbow circles, rows, and arm patterns) to support posture and relieve tension
- Dynamic arm movements to gently build strength and increase range of motion
- Spinal rotation and chest-opening movements to improve mobility through the upper body
- Light hip mobility work including knee lifts, gentle marching, and hip circles
- Seated stretches for the hips and lower body (including a figure-four stretch)
Participants are encouraged to move slowly, stay within a comfortable range of motion, and focus on breathing throughout.
Materials needed
- Chair (recommended for seated exercises)
- No additional equipment needed
