View all Strength Training Basics VideosTo perform this exercise, lay on the floor with your knees bent and your feet firmly on the floor. Fold your arms across your chest and while keeping your lower back and feet flat on the ground, slowly curl your torso toward the top until your upper back is off the ground. It's important to maintain neutral head position during this movement. After you complete the movement, slowly return to the starting position.
