To perform a single arm dumbbell row, place one knee and one hand on the bench. And keeping your chest up and back straight, reach down and grab a dumbbell in one hand. With your core nice and tight, pull your elbow to the sky. And bringing the weight just about to your pocket or hip level, making sure that the movement is nice and slow and controlled, that we're not rocking or rotating our torso as we're doing this exercise.
