Is there an on-site venue coordinator?

We provide a venue coordinator but not a day-of coordinator. Our staff will handle venue-related issues such as lighting, electrical, trash service, etc.

Does the venue handle the transition from ceremony to reception?

Guests are seated at their dinner tables for the ceremony during cold weather months.

How long would we have to clean up and tear down?

We offer 10-, 12- & 14-hour packages. Set up from the venue standpoint is completed outside of your rental time. Any time needed for setup and take down of decorations needs to be included in your rental time.

Are there private rooms available to get ready before the wedding / alone time during?

We do offer "get-ready" rooms. They are simple classrooms.

Are there restrictions for the photographer in terms of flash usage?

Are there any decor restrictions?

We do not allow open flames. All candles must be contained in a fire-proof receptacle such as a votive or hurricane vase. We only allow bubbles, birdseed, or real flower petals only.

Is a sound system / microphones provided, or would we need to find our own?

We do not offer any sound system. All your sound needs will likely be provided by a DJ.

Is there a dance floor, and is it an extra fee to have it?

We can design your layout to include a dance floor, but you can order a physical dance floor if desired.

Are linens, plates, silverware, and glassware provided, or will we have to rent them separately?

We do offer linen rental. All tableware is normally provided by caterers or by an outside source if you wish to have real china. Refer to our recommended vendors list for outside sources.

Is catering available on-site, if not are kitchen facilities available?

We do not offer catering on-site. We have a large refrigerator and access to sinks. All the area caterers are familiar with the facilities available and can work within the constraints we have. Refer to our recommended vendors list for outside sources.

Do you offer on-site tours?

Yes, we offered pre-scheduled tours that can be scheduled at your convenience here. A typical tour lasts no more than 1 hour.
