2022 Convention recordings available

The 2022 Michigan Inland Lakes Convention was held 100% online, September 14-16. Visit our Convention page to view the agenda and recorded sessions.

Introduction to Lakes Online Course begins January 10

Registration for the award-winning Michigan State University Extension Introduction to Lakes Online course is now open, through January 8. This six-week online course is designed for anyone interested in lakes.

Aquatic invasive species grants available

Michigan Clean Boats, Clean Waters will award grants to organizations raising aquatic invasive species awareness through education and outreach $25,000 is available for Michigan groups (up to $3000 per award). Grants can be used for signage, educational materials, events, and more.

MiCorps Volunteer Monitoring Conference recordings available

The 2022 conference welcomed current lake and stream volunteers along with anyone interested in getting involved. Find all the session recordings, featuring use and interpretation of volunteer data as well as sessions on aquatic insects and native mussels, on the MiCorps website.
