28 MARCH 2024 / 6:30 PM / BAILEY CLASSROOM
- Introduction -> Name, Section, Year, and Major
- GroupMe Etiquette
- Send all advertisements for outside organizations into the BSP Unrated chat
- Keep the BSP GroupMe for BSP related activities ONLY
- MSU Commons -> reminder that we only have 3 weeks left
- Office Hours
- Casey - Mon/ Wed from 2:00 to 5:00pm
- Will - Tues/ Thurs from 12:00 to 2:00pm
- Reminder: Class Funds
- Limit spending for CCSN (cap at $25)
- Core Course Share Night (CCSN) - Monday, April 22nd at 5:15pm in the STEM building
- How to plan for what to spend - class must agree on what requests are made. Someone needs to email Dustin a link to exactly what you would like him to purchase with enough time for it to arrive.
- Whatever is not spent goes back into BSP budget
- Will writes in course allowance terminology (BCC-> Mon, Feb 19th)
- Class Update:
- ANR 210 ($208) - $150 APPROVED = $58 left
- Facilitations - tattoo on Monday at 10:20am to Ink and Needle
- Spartan Head
- MSU Trivia, q/a, intro, experience, tour, walk through how to tattoo, etc.
- ANR 310 ($181) - $45 APPROVED = $136 left
- Wrapping up facilitations
- CCSN planning
- Event - cultivating community within BSP ($45)
- Carnival - games, partners, tickets, prizes (TBD - pens, stickers, etc.), food (soft pretzels, ice cream cones, etc.), etc.
