By engaging in regular physical activity, individuals across all age groups can enjoy happier, healthier lives.


Physical activity includes everything from the tasks of daily living to structured, planned exercise.
It includes putting away groceries, chasing a toddler around the living room, lifting weights and running a 5k race.

  • Adolescents and Kids

    Kids need at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day.

  • Adults

    Adults need to be physically active at least 150 minutes a week.

  • Older Adults

    Older adults need to be physically active at least 150 minutes a week.
