Hosted by Traverse City Horse Shows, this thrilling event will take place on Sunday, August 13 (gates open at 12 pm) at Flintfields Horse Park. And we couldn't be more excited to be one of the beneficiaries of the General Admissions Ticket sales! Thanks to the generosity of Traverse City Horse Shows, 100% of all proceeds from General Admissions Tickets will benefit District 3 Michigan 4-H Horse & Pony programs, including our Inaugural Fall Schooling Show.

Inaugural District 3 4-H Fall Schooling Show
A schooling show is small show, typically held at a training or competition barn, intended to prepare both horses and riders for real horse shows. Schooling shows are pretty small and often will only reward competitors with ribbons if they win. They are a great place to get experience with showing or test out your abilities.
Hosted by Benzie County 4-H and Forever Farm of Interlochen, this Fall Schooling Show is open to ALL 4-H Horse & Pony youth, ages 5 to 19, in Benzie, Manistee, Antrim, Kalkaska, Grand Traverse, and Leelanau counties. The 2023 Inaugural 4-H Fall Schooling Show will be held at Forever Farm in Interlochen on September 2, 2023. Gates open at 8:00am, no stalling is available for this event, but there is ample trailer and overflow parking.
This show will follow ALL Michigan 4-H Rules and Michigan 4-H Horse & Pony Rules & Regulations.

Inaugural Fall Tack Sale
During the course of the show, a tack sale/swap will be going on as well, from 9am until 5pm. We will have an enclosed 20'x40' tent for vendors, as well as some available spaces for trailer booths. Set up will open at 8:00am. Tables will be provided. Contact Ali Olson at olsonal8@msu.edu to reserve your space!
