The College of Agriculture and Natural Resouces' Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committe invites the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources community to attend the Mental Health Awareness event.

The April event features Cindy Horgan from Yes& Occupational Therapy.

Background

Cindy Horgan is a Licensed Occupational therapist with specialized training in adapted yoga, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. She is also trauma-sensitive and an ADHD rehab provider. Horgan understands the need for emotional wellness tools for everybody. Horgan is passionate about social & emotional wellness, accessibility, and empowering young people to navigate life without feeling overwhelmed.
