4-H Fundraising Forms

All fundraising requests must be submitted to the 4-H Program Coordinator two weeks BEFORE (for approval) and AFTER all fundraising events! All flyers and promotional materials used for fundraising must be approved by the 4-H Program Coordinator prior to being published.

4-H Fundraisers cannot be:

  • Games of Chance
  • Involve alcohol
  • Websites such as GoFundMe
  • Online payment sites such as PayPal

Fundraisers teach youth valuable life skills and add to the 4-H club's treasury to be used for educational purposes.
