Receiving Your ANR Account Password

Once you have received your MSU Net ID and been notified by the appropriate individual for your area, you will need to contact the ANRTS Service Desk.

Once you have your MSU NetID and have been notified by the appropriate individual for your area, you will need to call the ANRTS Service Desk at (517) 355-3776 in order to receive the temporary password for your account. This generic, temporary password must be changed immediately.

If your computer is on the ANR domain, you can change the password by selecting Control+Alt+Delete and selecting Change Password.

If your computer is not on the ANR domain or you are unsure, please call the ANRTS Service Desk and work with a technician to change your password.
