Undergraduate course in food laws and regulations now offered online

FSC 421 - Food Laws and Regulations - will be offered online this summer semester. Non-MSU and food industry professionals welcome!

Not all food science departments offer a course in food laws and regulations. IFLR Associate Director, Melissa Card, has adapted FSC 421 - Food Laws and Regulations - to deliver it online for the first time in summer semester, 2018. Undergraduate students, and food industry professionals, from around the world can now join MSU Food Science and Human Nutrition students in this course. Enrollment is easy through MSU's Lifelong Education process.
