Michigan 4-H Youth Dairy Days Entry Information

Michigan 4-H Youth Dairy Days will again be held in conjunction with the annual Michigan Dairy Expo at the Pavilion for Agriculture and Livestock Education at MSU.  The mission of the Michigan Dairy Expo is to encourage and promote youth involvement in dairy activities, to showcase the Michigan dairy industry and to provide continuing education to the dairy industry in Michigan and nearby states. Dairy Days events are designed for young people who are interested in dairy cattle and the dairy industry. Keep the following in mind as you decide which events you want to enter and as you complete your entry form. Get ready for an exciting fun-filled time at Dairy Days!

  • Dairy Days events are open to all Michigan youth who are between 8 and 19 years old by January 1, 2023.
  • Many of the events are divided into divisions that are based on age. The events consist of novice (8 to 11, novice with limited experience), junior (9 to 14) and senior divisions (15 to 19).
