Facilities Use Request

MSU-affiliated groups and CMERC partners can submit a request to use the facilities for meetings or public events. Site use requests must be reviewed and pre-approved to ensure that activities can be accommodated and do not overlap with other events.

Please submit your request to abr.cmerc@msu.edu - you should receive a response back within 5 business days. In the request, please include the following information:

  • Name(s) and Contact Info of Requestor(s)
  • Institution and Department
  • Preferred Date, Start Time, and End Time
  • Is this date flexible? Please describe.
  • Name of Meeting/Event
  • Anticipated Number of Participants
  • What buildings will you need access to?
  • What seating/table configuration would you like (barn only)?
  • Will you need A/V equipment?
  • Do you plan to use the grill, fire pit, and/or barn refrigerator?
