Bringing Classes to CMERC

Educators (MSU or non-MSU affiliated) can submit a request to use the site for educational activities. Site use requests must be reviewed and pre-approved to ensure that activities can be accommodated and do not overlap with other events.

Please submit your request to abr.cmerc@msu.edu - you should receive a response back within 5 business days. In the request, please include the following information:

  • Name(s) of Instructor(s)
  • Institution and Department
  • Preferred Date, Start Time, and End Time
  • Is this date flexible? Please describe.
  • Are you planning multiple visits? Please describe. 
  • Name of Course (Include Course Number if applicable)
  • Number of Participants
  • Who is participating in this activity (K-12, undergraduate, graduate students)?
  • Description of Educational Activities (Please limit to one paragraph)
  • Location of Educational Activities (refer to facilities map and trail maps)
  • Will access to facilities be needed (barn or conference room)?
