This course will provide students with a wide range of topics in order to develop their knowledge and prepare them for real estate finance and economic post-graduation.

Market Economics, Sources of Capital and Debt, Residual Land Value, Appraisal and Load Underwriting, Cost and Income Streams, Real Estate Taxation, Time Value of Money, Financial Pro Formas, and Measures of Financial Return
