Would your MSU Extension team benefit from doing some goal setting, strategic planning, or program planning?
We have an opportunity for you. . .
MSU Extension and the National Charrette Institute are excited to offer the Setting Group Goals for Growth (SG3) workshop online just for MSU Extension internal teams. SG3 is a half-day interactive session designed for groups or teams that are looking to develop goals, priorities, work plans, or some other type of plan.
During the SG3 workshop, MSU Extension teams of 410 people will engage in a personalized team visioning session with a MSU Extension facilitator that will help them identify 5-7 priorities for future action.
MSU Extension Team SG3 workshop:
Wednesday, August 28th - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This online session will use both Zoom and Miro.
Due to the interactive nature of the program and the level of engagement required, participants are asked to engage fully during the three hours without phone calls, meetings, and other interruptions that might diminish the experience for all.
