Anthony Johnson is an MSU Product Center Innovation Counselor with Michigan State University Extension, supporting food and agriculture entrepreneurs across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. His work centers on helping early-stage and growing businesses navigate business planning, regulatory requirements, and market readiness, with a focus on strengthening rural and tribal communities.
He brings experience in economic development, community nutrition, and food systems. Based in Baraga County, Anthony works closely with local entrepreneurs and community partners to advance regional food and agriculture entrepreneurs.
Anthony holds a bachelor's from the University of Minnesota–Carlson School of Management and is currently pursuing an MBA at Michigan Ross.
