MSU Extension Barry County

Arin Bowen is a Michigan State University Extension 4-H Program Coordinator in Barry County. She has served in this role since June of 2022.

In her role as 4-H program coordinator, Arin provides leadership and management of local 4-H programs, volunteers, and youth participants Barry County. She promotes and strengthens the Barry County 4-H program by developing programs and partnerships, promoting and evaluating 4-H programs, and recruiting and training volunteers. In her role, Arin also ensures that 4-H opportunities, events, and activities are promoted and available for Barry County youth and volunteers to participate in.

Prior to joining MSU Extension, Arin was a teacher, Curriculum Director at the Challenger Learning Center of Alaska, as well as director of different After School Programs in Alaska. Her passion is teaching hands on STEM education to people of all ages.
