My research is focused on the microbiome of rotational crops under different management systems. I am currently working on analyzing 10 years worth of microbiome data from soil, roots, stems, and leaves from the Michigan State University Kellogg Biological Station’s Long Term Ecological Research site. I also am working on Morchella lifecycle elucidation experiments to improve our understanding of morel cultivation.
