Shan Jin is a social science researcher with academic interests in using qualitative and quantitative methods to study sustainability issues in relation to agriculture, food and the environment. His background straddles both social and natural sciences. He is passionate about transdisciplinary projects as well as translating research findings into policy recommendations.
