Our Deep Purple Potato Variety Makes Unique Chips

Purple Chips

Our Blackberry variety is a tablestock variety with unique purple skin and a deep purple flesh. The tubers have an attractive, uniform, round shape and purple flesh that keep their striking color in chip processing. We collaborated with the Great Lakes Potato Company to bring these chips to the Michigan market.
