Module 7: R statistical package training: Part I
Summary:
This training is the first in a three part series of trainings that offer an introduction to R basics and how to use R for international trade flow analysis. In this first part of the training, how to download and setup the R software environment and introduce basic functionality of the software are covered.
Objectives:
- Download and set up the R software environment
- Interact with data structure in R i.e. DataFrame
- Use R functions for example numerical or statistical operations
- Basic control flow in R programming such as if-else and loops
