Generic Requests for PSM Information Technology Support can be sent to the following email:     

Please include information regarding your question or concern.

  • For example, a problem with a computer: Service tag number, any specific errors you are getting and/or symptoms.
  • For software related problems, please provide the program name, version, if known, errors and any helpful background information.
  • Also helpful, if requesting a service be performed for certain individuals, please include the first and last names along with email addresses of the individuals.
  • If having a problem with the network or other common use devices like a printer or scanner, include the location of the resource, building / room and the error and any history that may help us resolve the issue. 

Providing more information helps in our preparation and in the swift resolution of your request.
