This webinar will familiarize attendees with basic components of a strong farm business plan and introduce strategic considerations in areas of Values / Vision / Goals, Marketing, Production, Human Resources, and Financial Management. Financial aspects of running a farm business are critical for farm success. We will explore key systems and records that are needed for your business to succeed and grow, including cash flow, balance sheets, budget projections and enterprise budgets. Example tools and templates will be provided.
