  Bridging art, design and stories: Interior design student Gavin Kata shares his experience winning the MSU Bridge Project

  Gavin Kata, a senior majoring in interior design at SPDC, participated in and won a contest to have his artwork featured on the bridge between Spartan Stadium and the Main Library. The design is now installed on the bridge.

  MSU students place fifth at the National Association of Home Builders Residential Construction Management Competition

  On Jan. 10, 2018, the MSU Construction Management Residential Competition Team took fifth place in the nation out of a highly competitive field of 34 university teams from across the U.S. at the NAHB Residential Construction Management Competition.

  On Feb. 24, 2018, the MSU IDSO and the USGBC Students MSU are co-hosting the NBS Integrative Design Competition for SPDC students. The event sponsored by NBS Commercial Interiors will take place in their showroom in Troy, MI.

  In the Woodland County Fair Mall Retrofit Plan, a group of 20 architects, planners, engineers, attorneys and real estate professionals from all over California assembled for a 4.5 day, volunteer charrette commencing Sept. 29, 2017.

  On Feb. 7, 2018, East Arbor Architecture in East Lansing is hosting an art exhibition featuring the work of LA associate professor and artist Jon Burley I Bur Oak from his international travels with students during study abroad programs.

  MSU collaborates with MDHHS on Marquette Area Climate Health Adaptation Program
