4-H Ocean Explorers: Seahorses - Spiny Superdads
July 2, 2020
Join as we learn about seahorses! A 4-H volunteer who works as a marine science educator at a major U.S. aquarium will teach us all about seahorses in this engaging lesson, including where they live, what they eat, why they're superdads, and whether they are a fish, a horse, or something else entirely!
Join your 4-H friends and marine educator Madison Dix as we embark on a virtual discovery of sea life! Learn about amazing creatures, their habitats, and stewardship issues surrounding ocean ecosystems. Presenter Madison Dix is an educator with a major U.S. aquarium in Massachusetts. This program is part of series that can be explored further on the 4-H Ocean Explorers website. Presentations last 30 to 45 minutes each and are followed by a Q&A session with the presenter. Also available on the 4-H Ocean Explorer's website are follow-up activities.
