Virtual opportunities to showcase mastery of skills learned through 4-H, receive constructive feedback, be recognized for accomplishments, and auction still/static and market animal projects.

MSU Extension understands the importance of local fairs to countless Michiganders. In light of this, MSU Extension and Michigan 4-H have contracted with FairEntry to provide an online fair experience that can be adapted to local situations and traditions. Virtual showcases and auctions can be used in conjunction with in-person events to provide new and different opportunities for young people to showcase themselves and their projects.

For more information about FairEntry and the option to partner with MSU Extension on virtual showcase opportunities, view the following 4-H Virtual Showcase webinar.

We look forward to working with our long-standing partners, fair boards and fair management, to develop virtual or hybrid opportunities that allow youth to showcase their mastery of skills they've learned through 4-H, receive constructive feedback, be recognized for their many accomplishments, and auction their still/static and market animal projects.

Fair managers and others interested in offering a virtual or hybrid learning showcase can send an email to 4Hshowcase@msue.msu.edu for more information.
