2024 Summer Day Camp Program

Camp is held at Camp Lael on Ferns Road in Lapeer, MI


Monday - Wednesday Grades K-3 July 8th - 10th, 2024

Wednesday - Friday Grades 4-6 July 10 - 12th, 2024 


Lapeer County 4-H Day Camp offers youth (ages 5-12) the opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, connect with the outdoors, and ultimately have a great time with other kids! Camp activities include swimming, crafts, science, nature, special guest speakers, and a scavenger hunt.  

Day Camp is $35 per day and includes lunch, snack,   Camp Scholarships are available.  Registration is due by June 18th.  For more information call Lapeer County 4-H at (810)667-0341.

Any youth ages 13-19 may become a camp counselor.  4-H Teen Counselors assist camp staff and adult volunteers in leading activities and guiding campers through their day.  Counselors are trained in CPR/First Aid and Waterfront Safety.  If interested in becoming a counselor, please contact MSU Extension at 810-667-0341.
