Guilherme Signorini is a PhD candidate in Agricultural Economics at Michigan State University majoring in Agribusiness Management.  He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil (2009) and his Master's degree in Agricultural Economics also from Michigan State University (2013).  He expects to conclude his Doctoral degree in December 2014.  Guilherme's academic interests are strategic management, institutional economics, and industrial organization with applications to agricultural, food and energy markets.  Besides his research regarding the development of bioenergy markets, Guilherme has been active in agribusiness related extension projects.  He has also assisted professors with senior-level classes in agribusiness strategy.
